Gaelic Medium Education

At JGHS, around 13% of the student body are educated through the medium of Gaelic — studying a full range of subjects from Geography and History to Drama and Art entirely in their first language. Our ambition is for every student to leave as a confident, fluent and committed Gaelic speaker, actively connected to Scotland’s living language and culture.
