Students develop speaking, listening, reading and writing skills across five languages — French, Spanish, German, Mandarin and Urdu. Language learning builds intercultural awareness, communication skills and international confidence that are valued by universities and employers worldwide.

French
French connects students to the culture, history and people of France and the wider Francophone world. Students develop all four language skills, from everyday conversation to literary and cultural analysis.
Spanish
Spanish is one of the world’s most spoken languages and a global language of business and culture. Students develop confidence and fluency in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
German
German equips students with a key European language and connects them to the culture and economy of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. A rigorous and rewarding academic course with strong career value.
Mandarin
Mandarin Chinese is the world’s most spoken language and an invaluable tool for international communication. Students develop reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in Standard Mandarin.
